Classes & Courses

  • Session bookings discussed at point of contact with Leah via Instagram direct message  -  Please get in touch if you would like to book for any occasion!

 

  • Sessions can be 'one off' bookings (e.g. for an event), or booked in blocks (e.g. for corporate classes), depending on your requirements.
     

  • All sessions require attendees to complete a fitness for exercise declaration before taking part in a class/course. This is for insurance purposes.
    If you are pregnant, you will unfortunately not be able to take part in my classes. However there are lots of pregnancy yoga classes I can recommend for you.

     

  • ON THE DAY please remember to: wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water and most importantly a yoga mat!

Beginners Yoga Class

Yoga Beginner Class is based on the belief that everyone can practice yoga, bringing together mental and physical health. Yoga Beginner Classes with Leah attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. A no-pressure relaxed environment to get a taste of what it's all about!

Hatha Flow Yoga Class

A Hatha Flow Yoga Class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. Adding increased flexibility through regular practice. Stepping through the traditional side to side reflective balance of the practice. The flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. Hatha Flow Yoga Classes fit with every lifestyle!

60 minutes

Pilates Stretches

Hatha Flow Extended

Focus on the present moment. Among its benefits, Hatha Flow Extended classes could help you to relax and become in touch with your inner self. Become more relaxed and less distracted by fleeting thoughts. This 1.5 hour session includes extended relaxation postures for Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), following a Hatha Flow Class with Leah.
